Luv My Box Review

As a busy Mom, I rarely have a lot of free time to pamper myself, much less go out and buy items to do said pampering with. I recently had the opportunity to try out an awesome new monthly subscription service called Luv My Box.

Luv my Box is a new monthly subscription service geared toward women and their specific "romantic" needs. Luv My Box fills a niche that is widely untapped in the market today. Luv My Box is filled with exciting new stuff for women that they might not be comfortable buying for themselves. Yes, I'm talking about "marital aids".  Marital aids?! Sounds rather troubling to me, so I just like to call 'em my "goodies".

Why do women subscribe to Luv My Box? Many reasons, but the main reasons are social taboo, women are often embarrased to go buy goodies for themselves or simply don't know exactly which items they'll like. Luv My Box takes all the guesswork out of buying goodies and they do all the legwork for you. All you have to do is sign up and sit back and wait for your box to come.

Luv My Box is the brainchild of Kim, a woman just like the rest of us, who wanted a little spice in her love life, but wasn't sure which products to try and didn't feel comfortable going into "bookstores" to acquire the products. Luv My Box also has two resident sexperts on staff,  Dr. Teesha Morgan and Constance  Lynn Hummel are both clinical counsellors, sex therapists and co-authors with thriving practices in downtown Vancouver BC so the products in the box are very well thought out and useful.

I was excited to receive my box of goodies, I quickly unwrapped it and began to examine it. The first thing I noticed, even before opening it was the discreet nature of the box. It is shipped to you in a plain black box, no wording or hint as to what's inside. Good for those of us with nosey people in our house who like to look at stuff that isn't theirs, especially teenagers.

 Each box has a theme. This month's theme was bath time goodies. Immediately upon opening the box, I noticed a wonderful aroma emanating from the box. It was a beautiful bottle of aphrodisiac Goji berry bath foam. What better way to pamper yourself than a looong hot bubble bath. There were also two small bottles of body wash and a body poof to help you enjoy a relaxing time in the tub. Everybody knows you need a rubber ducky to really enjoy a bubble bath, and this is no exception. The "I rub my ducky" is a fun, flirty little friend that holds a secret (and a battery *wink wink*)... he's actually an incognito, waterproof personal massager.  For after the bath and before the "main event' there was some awesome smelling sensual massage oil, great for working the kinks out. (Pun fully intended)

Every month is a different themed box so you won't get the exact items I mentioned above, it's just representational of the type of items included in the box. The price to buy all  these items separately in stores would be way more than the cost of the monthly subscription of 34.95, you really can't go wrong. If you love your initial box, I'd suggest signing up to receive the 3 month subscription, it'll save you $5.
